This Privacy Policy explains how Kelet Inc. (“Kelet”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and handles information when you use the Kelet platform (“Service”).
1. What We Collect
- Account information: name, email address, company name
- Trace data: agent execution data you submit via SDK or integration (inputs, outputs, session metadata, tool call data)
- Signals: feedback events and behavioral signals associated with your agent sessions
- Usage data: log data, IP address, SDK and browser version, feature usage patterns
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Service
- Improve and develop the Service
- Monitor security and prevent abuse
- Communicate with you about your account
We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Subprocessors
We use third-party services to operate the platform. Our current subprocessor list is maintained at trust.kelet.ai.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Following account termination, data is retained for up to 90 days, then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting [email protected].
5. Security
Kelet is SOC 2 compliant. Our security posture, certifications, and subprocessor list are available at trust.kelet.ai. The Service runs on AWS infrastructure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
7. Enterprise & DPA
Custom data processing agreements for enterprise compliance requirements are available under an Enterprise license. Contact [email protected].
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
